What You’ll Do
- Install, remove, and maintain odorization systems (tanks, piping, tubing, pumps, sensors, and fittings)
- Perform mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
- Work with pressurized systems, valves, and fluid transfer equipment
- Safely transfer odorants and assist with spill response when needed
- Support natural gas pipeline pickling and commissioning projects
- Read and interpret mechanical diagrams and schematics
- Complete work orders, DOT documentation, and field reports using a tablet
- Travel to project sites across the U.S. (drive or fly)
Who You Are
Required:
Completion of post-secondary technical college program;
- Completion of post-secondary technical school or college program in mechanical or electrical engineering, pipefitting, HVAC or equivalent.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools
- Ability to understand mechanical drawings, piping layouts, or schematics
- Physically capable of working outdoors and on your feet
- Safety-minded with strong teamwork and communication skills
- Comfortable using basic technology for documentation
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willingness to travel extensively
Highly Desired Backgrounds:
- HVAC installation or service
- Welding, pipefitting, or fabrication
- Mechanical or industrial maintenance
- Electrical or instrumentation exposure
- Oil & gas, utilities, construction, or industrial trades
